Something, different, worth considering if you’re an adventurous cook or diner. Manages to avoid the variety’s excesses; has all the classic aromatics but in a retrained, stylish way - white peach flesh and pip, floral notes of honeysuckle, a hint of lavender. Flavours are almost muscaty, which makes this the ideal partner for highly spiced food, exotic dishes. Older oak-aged, giving some savoury nuances, dry but fruity, confident in its difference, individuality. Stands apart from the rest of the range, something exotic but delicious and full flavoured.
